So we all know going to look at a new car can be overwhelming and anxiety ridden. No amount of research can prepare you for the moment of walking into a dealership. luckily for me, I reached out via telephone a few days prior and spoke to Casey. Casey was patient and kind on the phone and answered all my question prior to me making the decision to step foot inside the location. He even called me back promptly when he had to ask his manager about an odd question I had about price matching. A few days went by before I had the chance to get over to Garnet Volkswagen after work. As soon as I walked in, Casey was there, even though I didn't tell him I would be stopping by that day. He remembered all that we had talked about on the telephone a few days prior. He even remembered the exact trim level I was looking at as well as the car that I was looking to trade in. Great memory!! especially for an unannounced walk in. He set me up for a test drive and explained all the technology features of the 2019 Jetta SEL. what a car! I think he could sense that i was a bit overwhelmed with all the tech beautifully placed in the vehicle and literally sat with my boyfriend and i and explained nearly ever button. The car comes with a users manual... Casey definitely didn't have to go through all the features with me like he did, but he was so kind to do so. He was knowledgeable, patient, and honest through the process.I literally can not express how awesome Casey is. He explained everything throughly, gave me a no pressure attitude, made me feel comfortable and 100% sure of my purchase. I would HIGHLY recommend him to any of my friends, family, and coworkers if they were looking for a Volkswagen. Thank you Casey! You made the process so easy.
