Faulkner Mazda Trevose

Unlike some other dealers, Faulkner Mazda quoted me a very good, straight no nonsense price that included all the fees except the tag and tax. I got the quote on Thursday and I was not sure if the the deal was still available on Saturday. My phone call to my sale's person (Preston) did not go through because he was extremely busy, So I went to a different dealer first since they also promised a competitive price. What a mistake! After some waiting and a test drive, I was told the car just quoted about an hour and half ago was sold and the new deal they can now offer is at a much higher price. I got out there ASAP and headed to Faulkner Mazda. When I got to Faulkner Mazda, it was already 5:15 pm. They are supposedly to close at 5 on Saturday. Luckily our sale's person Preston was still there busy handling deals. He assured me that he would make time to take care of me if I still want the car, which I did. Contrast to the earlier place, the buying experience was very pleasant. Conversations were very polite and to the points, No pressure to sell me anything else at all (later on, when I picked up the car, a different person did try to sell me some extended warranty which I did decline without any problem). On the pick-up day, Preston spent a great deal of efforts to explain the features of the car and helped me setting them up. By the time I drove off, I had the Bluetooth, GPS, and some other preference all set; I had my first maintenance scheduled; I also had a tour to the service dept; and the next day, he called again to make sure everything is all right. I have to say this is by far the best car buying experience I ever had.
