For our purchase of a new 2015 Mazda6 the dealer dealt in a straightforward manner. Bought the car after the first trip and a phone conversation regarding final price. Had to do a little "pinning down" of the final price, but it didn't take much effort. Got a fair price for a trade-in, fair price for the purchase. Salesperson Jose was excellent.
