If I could put negative stars for my experience, I would! I purchased a used car online directly from your website. When I called this morning to confirm my purchase, I was told that the car had a deposit on it and that they didn't even have the title from the previous owners. they told me there was no way for them to mark the car as on hold in their system, I call [non-permissible content removed]! if there is a deposit on a vehicle, it should not appear on a current for sale list on the dealership site. I WILL NEVER EVER purchase a vehicle from your dealership and I will make sure everyone I know avoids your dealership like the plague. I gave you all my information, and then you screwed me over.
