Pleasant, and no BS. I got to test drive what I wanted, including a highway stint. I had other quotes, and the sales rep was able to match the reasonable quotes, and tell me why he could not match the low ball quote. The sale was quick, and they made no attempts to sell me junk or add-ons that I did not need. I defintely would go back.
