Faulkner Mazda Trevose

I'm not from the area, and I was looking for a mazda3 hatchback, and only a couple of dealers had the trim and color I wanted. I received quotes from several dealers, but the only 2 that had my car within 50 mile radius were shady and had bad ratings online. Instead of being frustrated by the games dealers play, I decided to call up Faulkner Mazda because they had the car I wanted and I found a couple of good reviews online.. I'm so glad that I did. It was worth it for me to drive down there from Brooklyn (90 miles!) to get such an efficient, honest, friendly deal on the perfect car. Since the online reviews were what made me call up Faulkner, I figured it would be helpful to add another testimonial. If you're looking for an honest Mazda dealership, do not hesitate to go a bit out of your way for Faulkner. I spoke with Gina the day I got fed up with my local dealers (it was the day I wanted to finalize the deal). She was very friendly and accommodating, quoting me a price including all fees within 30 minutes of my call. That same evening I made the decision and started the application and deposit process online. The next morning I drove over to the dealership and they already had the car cleaned and ready to go! The paperwork process was quick and painless, with no surprises (I worked with Mike P, the Fi&L guy). While I was there everyone was extremely friendly, stopping by to say hello and thank me for making the drive out to their dealership. The president of the dealership even reached out to a dealer he knew personally in my area to find a GOOD place where I can go to get my new Mazda serviced. I drove out of there very happy.
