My park brake actuated on locked on the right rear. Had to be towed to R & R. Service department diagnosed the problem and corrected the problem. Very professional and caring staff including the service manager, service writer and technicians. They weee concerned about saving money and limiting repairs to only those components that were a clear safety concern. Excellent communications - kept me informed on the status of the costs.
