I needed a turn signal replaced and the weather did not cooperate so I had to have the dealer change it. I got a quote from the dealer and I thought it was high but I had a coupon for a free oil change so it balanced out. When they went to replace it they ended up having to remove part of the bumper and it took over an hour. The service may honored the quoted price even though it would have cost me double based on their labor rate.
