My wife and I purchased a 2023 Jeep Cherokee and I have to say we were pleasantly surprised with how the whole process went. I felt I was given a good price on the new car and was given a fair amount for my trade. Joe was our salesman and we found him to be friendly, helpful and responsive. There were no pressure tactics. I've purchased many new cars over the years and this was about as problem free of an experience as I've ever had. Even completing the paperwork went off without a hitch.
