Bad service at Sloane Honda

onI went to Honda Sloane Philadelphia for an oil change. I waited in the car line for an hour. Everytime I go to Honda for service I stand there inside and all the service agents ignore me. I wanted to talk to the manager but he was with someone from the office and ignored me. When I went to the window to pay for service I was ignored until I said hello I am here for my car and was told to hold on a minute. My car’s bumper was slightly off when I left my car for an oil change and was hanging off when the service man brought it to me. When I went to talk to the manager I ended up just leaving because I was again ignored. I have bought 3 cars from this dealership. I won’t go back for service or to buy another Honda there again.
