I did the initial contact via internet and came in to find the Infiniti G37 was actually a demo, not brand new as had been indicated by the initial email. I had thought that the price was too good to be true. They honored the price on a brand new car even though they had to go pick it up from a dealer 5 hours away. The salesman sat in the car with my wife for well over an hour teaching her about all the bells and whistles and syncing her phone and garage door opener. They never tried to upsell me and it turned out to be the quickest car transaction i have experienced in 35 years. To top it off for servicing they will pick up and leave a car for my wife to drive until they return her car. Yes, I am very impressed.
