This is not my first new car experience but it was definitely my best. Everyone from the manager, the sales person and finance department were great and very knowledgeable. Everything was very smooth and there was not any surprises. The car wasn't available at the time but due to their sales volume the wait was minimal and worth it. The car is exactly what I wanted and my wife and I was enjoy it for a long time. I highly endorse Kelsey as the sales rep. She may be new to the business but her knowledge and help was second to none. All and all, I had a great experience from beginning to the end.
