Purchased my new Subaru Crosstrek on Monday the 21st. I was more than satisfied with my online quote and trade in appraisal.Anna J was my sales rep. She walked me thru the entire process. Helped me choose the car that would best fit my needs. Answered all my questions.Assisted me with setting up the Bluetooth. May need a little more help there. Followed up with a phone call. She will be available with further assistance. They called my insurance company and I have received my temp. card. So far am loving this car.
