Most have had the big dealer experience where the customer has felt they were being pushed through an assembly line and treated as another number and treated as a sales figure. Bottom line up front (BLUF) I'm glad I drove 121 miles to pick up a vehicle from the Morgan's. I scheduled a visit, and upon arrival, I saw the vehicle was prepped and ready for a test ride. In addition to arriving, I was greeted (by name) and offered a cool beverage. I wasn't sure if I was going to a car dealership or a friends house. The car buying experience of old is being put to the test by Mr. Morgan and his business, warm, friendly, professional, no-hassle, and thorough explanations. Heck, I may be driving 121 miles every time I buy a car. Great place.
