I took my car in hoping to have my tire repaired. It had developed a slow leak for a few weeks and then I found a nail was embedded. The service desk that took my call and was so pleasant and understood that I needed my car for an upcoming trip. She was able to give me a same day appointment which was very appreciated. The service techs were prompt and professional. The waiting area is very comfortable and they had free bottled water and popcorn. My repair took less than hour. The icing on the cake was when I went to check out. My repair total was ZERO dollars. I was floored. That was a first for me. We are long time customers and have bought several vehicles here but I don’t know if that played into it. Who knows? I could’ve been a first time customer. I have always had good service buying and getting repairs done at this shop. The kindness shown during this visit really made my day!
