Bristol Auto Mall
Dealership Sales Review
First of all the dealership looks nothing like the website. Don’t be fooled. Not worth the trip. I was looking at a vehicle online they advertised and made an hour drive. It ended up being a small corner lot with cars all crammed in there like a junk yard .I met with Phil. I was looking at a Tahoe which looked like a beautiful truck in the ad. I looked at the engine, the body and inside. It had a fogged upnheadlight. (Moisture) . It had had damage that wasn’t mentioned. The inside smelled of mildew. After inspecting the entire truck I found a bad crack near the brake light spoiler that caused leakage which they claimed to not have known about. He said he would fix it. It was too late. I was turned off as soon as I saw the place but figured let’s give it a try. Why would you sell a vehicle with obvious damage. A decent dealer would make the repairs and then sell it. Nice looking vehicle, but bad advertisement. Unless you’re okay with buying at a small gas station style dealership don’t waste your time. They need major improvement. Should’ve left at first sight.
