I live in Atlanta and found the 2003 Toyota Rav4 online. I inquired with dealership via internet 1st, then by phone and got Phil, a fantastic a-typical used car salesman. He was very courteous, good natured and most of all very HONEST! I arrived via UBER, looked over the vehicle and took a test drive with Phil The check engine light was on. They diagnosed it as faulty EGR valve which they ordered, installed, then had to reorder because they were sent the wrong part. The second part came, they installed, engine light off, we closed the deal. Off I went to drive back to Atlanta. In my haste to leave I forgot to get my $15 change from the cash transaction. I rang Phil up and he put a check in the mail the next day. GREAT service. I would highly recommend Phil and the owner, 2 stand up guys. The run a good ship, make sure you ask for PHIL!
