Absolutely LOVE, LOVE Derek Scott & Lancaster Subaru. Words can't express my appreciation and value for them. Derek is always straight with me and works very hard to solve any problems that we bring or may come up. He does not pass me off to others. He will get answers from others but he's there the whole time. He has never made me feel stupid. He's so well spoken and speaks with such respect, he's just such a delight to be around. I trust Derek 110 % with my car, my family does too. I recommend Derek to my friends and anyone that may mention needing service for their vehicle. Derek goes above and beyond without a 2nd thought. A dear friend of mine had an unpleasant experience at a different Subaru dealership. This was his 1st time with Subaru too. He knew how much I trusted Derek and finally let me have him take a look at her. (My friend usually does his own auto work too, he's a tough cookie). I explained everything to Derek, asked him to redo the work so we could trust it was done and done correctly, call me for payment. Derek and that specific department lead had a quick chat, said they would like to take the car right away, and do the work, at no charge, they felt it was the only right thing to do eventhough it wasn't their error, it was still their brand, more importantly they wanted to do right by the customer, hopefully keep us. (I'm never leaving, my friend was ready to walk, but was shocked how Derek and his team felt, handled it,?things, especially compared to their sister dealership, he is sticking with Derek, eventhough he's an hour away). I literally cried. I know there's a team of people behind Derek. I feel it speaks volumes how well they all work together because I drop off a vehicle, easy peasy, I pick up my vehicle when it's done, easy peasy every time (and the work done on the vehicle is always timely). Getting my vehicle serviced was one of the most dreaded, stressful appointments for me. Derek has made it completely stress free, every time. This is the cleanest, most comfortable, best thought out dealership I've ever experienced. Even in the back where all the dirty work happens, it's always crazy clean. Derek Scott is the Absolute best! He is the only Service Advisor for me, my cars! Lancaster Subaru is Awesome!
