Faulkner BMW

I had the most hopeless experience at this dealership. I was looking for a new BMW X5 and emailed them and set up an appt. On reaching for appt the front desk person told me that salesperson who had appt with me has left for the day. She called the manager who agreed to show us the vehicle. This gentleman ( supposedly the manager) quoted me an extremely high price for the vehicle even before showing the vehicle. When I told him that I had gotten some lower quotes in the area, he just turned rude and told me that he does not believe in the whole internet pricing thing. He further started saying that BMW sells X5 cheapest in US as compared to rest of the world and we should not expect any more discount. All this without even showing me the vehicle or talking about test driving. I never felt once that he was interested in selling me the vehicle. I spend less than 15 mins at the dealership. I thought to myself that if the manager is so rude, there is no point discussing it further. Next day I went to a BMW dealership in Mechanicsburg in PA. Extremely nice people, thanks to them, I own a BMW X5 now. My sincere advise, avoid Faulkner, it is just a waste of time and money.
