Peruzzi Mazda

I recently leased a Mazda 3 from Peruzzi Mazda. I cannot think of an easier experience I have had getting a new vehicle. My interaction began online, messaging with Tom Regan, the General Manager. The manner in which Tom answered my questions made me feel like I was just texting with a friend, and is one of the reasons I actually went to Peruzzi. My salesperson was Ethan Alfonso, who in spite of being new at the dealership, did a great job explaining the features of the car-- I have not had a new car in 10 years so a new vehicle involved some learning for me! Ethan also seemed to have an extensive knowledge about cars and car manufacturers. He was very friendly and easy to work with, no pressure at all. Lastly, I met with Jordan Haft for the finance part of the deal. Jordan did a great job of explaining optional services that would best protect my car, and why I should opt for them. He never tried to sell something I didn't need and made sure I understood the value of the option I did get. Overall, I don't think those guys could have made this easier-- I arrived at 11 am and was out the door with my new car by 1:30 pm, record time compared with past car buying experiences elsewhere. If anyone I know is interested in a Mazda I would not hesitate to send them to Peruzzi Mazda. I love my new car! Thank you to everyone at Peruzzi Mazda who made this a pleasant experience!
