Contacted the dealership via the internet for a quote. Within a couple of hours I had a quote from Tom. Then Melissa followed up and we arranged an appointment for a test drive. There was not any pushy sales approach which was a nice change from what I had been dealing with in my car shopping. The appointment was set and upon arrival the car I was interested in was sitting in front of the office door running for our test drive. Sunny assisted with the test drive and during the test drive reviewed the features and comparisons of the model I was driving verse the other models of the Mazda 6. Sunny was personable and engaged in the entire families thoughts of the vehicles and questions. The overall experience was an A+ as I felt it was more about putting me and my family in the right vehicle verse attempting close another deal. Again, no pressure just information to assist us in making the right decisions. The new vehicle is scheduled to be detailed Saturday morning since we came into the dealership right before closing and I have no doubt we will receive the same type of service excellence as we did during the purchase process.
