Fred Beans Ford

Awful customer service!!!! My wife was in the market for a new car but had very little credit, which we explained right up front. At first the salesman, Paul, was very nice. Took us for test drive and talked us up. After running a credit check and finding that my wife was not accepted by Ford it was as if we had the plague. I had tried to call Paul to set up another appointment, even stopping in and speaking to him briefly to set up a time to come back later that day. He set a time..I showed up..no Paul. I left a message for him to call, not telling them what I had planned (which was to purchase the vehicle myself) No call from Paul..ever, even after calling the next day to try and speak with him! As it turned out was treated very, very well by another dealership (that I was actually dealing with at the same time) and bought the car from them. Fred Beans and Paul will NEVER get my business!
