onThere was little to no communication between the service representative and myself. They couldn't tell me why the repair was needed and advised I had to speak with the service technician directly. I never received updates on my vehicle throughout the day until I called to check on things. This was not a pleasant experience and the lack of communication has put a bad taste in my mouth. In fact the representative never called to tell me my car was done, I ended up calling 20 minutes before the dealership closed and the only option I was given was he would send a link to pay and he would leave the keys under the mat behind the building.
