Star Auto Mall 512

I was just browsing their selection and decided to see what my vehicle was worth. It was not even close to what my vehicle was worth and I was fine with that. 10 minutes later they called me and said they may be interested in my truck. I told the girl on the phone they were not even close but she insisted I bring it in since it was low mileage they could work something out for me. Big waste of time! First the Jeep I test drove was junk. I didn’t like it but found one at another one of their lots I liked. This was a Thursday night so I made an appointment for Saturday to see the vehicle. They had 2 days to get it there but when I showed up Saturday the vehicle was still not there. The salesman said they were giving him a hard time and did not want to bring the vehicle over. First the battery was dead. Then another excuse. He called and they said it was there so he drove us over to see it. When we got there they said it was locked up in the shop. Salesman went to the shop and then came back and said they supposedly sold it. Now we are almost 2 hours into it. We drive back where he insists he can still find us a deal for all our trouble. My wife then asks him to check our truck out to make sure we are not wasting any more time. They looked at my truck a whole 2 minutes and came back and gave me 2 thumbs up and said he can give me what my truck is worth. So we take another vehicle out for a test drive. When we get back he now tells us he can only give me the original price I was quoted on line 2 days ago. 1/2 of what my truck is worth. 4 hours of my life I can never get back. Only gave them 1 star because I had to give something. I would never deal with Star 512 or any of their affiliates again. The people at PAG when we went to look for the other vehicle looked lost. How does nobody know they sold a vehicle I had an appointment to see? Worst experience trying to buy a car ever. I will be keeping my truck. Do the Carfax. I Carfax on 3 of their vehicles and all 3 had damage and 1 was a repo.
