Buyer beware - worst car buying experience ever. They had the car I wanted and it was reasonably priced so scheduled some time to go take a look. That is where the good ends. Al the salesman Joe the sales manager all the way up to Glenn ruined this experience and left a bad enough taste in my mouth to right this review.... I called ahead and showed up at the dealership which they assured me they would have the car I wanted to see ready up front for a test drive. So I got there and turns out the car was not at that location and they told me I would have to return some other time to see it or travel to another one of there locations to see it because they could not get anyone to drive it over. So I treked over to their next location. Test drive the car and said I was interested but concerned over a noise. Al the salesman assured me they would look over the car and make sure everything was in order. We worked out the deal and bought the car. Got in and thought the sound was still there. Told Al who said they looked at it and everything was fine... fast track a month later was still hearing the noise and called Al who said they would take a look at it make sure everything was ok. Brought the car back and they serviced the car and performed oil change and looked into the noise and said nope everything was fine. Even offered the oil change at no charge... He said since it was a large SUV I was probably not use to the way the car sounded. Fast track another month and still concerned something was not right I decided to schedule a service with manufacturer dealership. Listed same problems I told Al. They test drove the car and within an hour told me what the problem was and that they assured me it was the wheel bearing and hub. I called Al who pushed me to Joe who pushed me to Glen this process took a whole week before Glen then told me sorry we are not covering it. I told him but I bought the car with this problem and he said sorry it would not be covered under the warranty. Which I told him not concerned about the warranty as you sold me this car with this problem from the beginning. He refused to correct the issue and said that I shouldn't have bought the car then. The whole time sold me on the fact that if there was any problems they would take care of it. In my opinion they can not be trusted. If they have what you want and you are not deterred by this review make sure you do your homework and have your own mechanic take a look before purchasing in my opinion they can not be trusted and don't live up to there word.
