I appreciated the dedication and patience Bill Mears gave to my situation. This was the first time that I bought a car and it was nice to have things explained to me. I also was impressed with Manny the Tech guy...sometimes technology can be a little scary, he walked me through all the bells and whistles on my new civic, i felt very confident that I would be able to use the technology that my car is equipped with. Lastly, Mr. Freeman...I am so thankful for him, he walked me through the entire process, he was there while I was looking for a car, he was there throughout the paper work and worked hard to keep me near my budget, and he was there during the signing, I really appreciated the way he kept his word, he said not to worry I was going to leave with a car...not only did I leave with the car I left with a great experience, and I love my car!!!
