Jeremy listened to everything I said and not once tried to "change my mind" or pressure me. He was very polite and engaged both my husband and I in real conversation. He's funny too which is a good thing. The finance person was also very kind and left out the pressure tactics. He spoke just to our needs and wants. It was very refreshing.
