My husband and I came in a week ago to trade in my 2000 Cadillac Escalade, upon arrival Jim greeted my husband and I at the door. He was very welcoming and very humble. He was up front and honest about the whole transaction from the get go. He never was pushy during the process and answered every question my husband and I had. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the area. :)
