Lexus of Portland

We went to the dealership as Costco customers. The experience didn't match up with what Costco had told us to expect & that was somewhat confusing. We asked questions until we got answers that satisfied us. The salesman was very nice, knew everything about the cars we were interested in. The IT guy assigned to help us with all the new technology was a marvel; I'm sure we will see him again as we get more familiar with the car. Our only complaint was that sometimes the response to emails or texts was a little slow, but that could have been our situation which required us to make a decision fairly rapidly.
