Buyer beware!!! Don’t buy a used car from kuni Lexus!!! Kuni will tell you anything you want to here to purchase the car and then not keep their word!!! If you want a luxury vehicle from someone that will treat you right and always take care of you go a few blocks down to Ron Tonkin Acura!!! Purchase date February 2020 We decided to purchase a hybrid and thought the best one to purchase would be the leader toyota/Lexus but right from the start kuni told us they would make the car like new when we picked it up!!! Not the case at all… but of couse they had us sign loan documents and the loan was funded before we even test drove the car!!! We didn’t get our 45 days no payment because they had the car for over 2 weeks after we signed papers!!! They told us that was they only way to insure the car was ours! They informed us the car had been in an accident and wasn’t fixed correctly but they promised to make it like new and done right because that is kuni Lexus way!!! We voiced all our concerns and they had an answer for all of them but never stuck to them!!! As of saturday may 16 th 2020 they now told us that is the best they can do!!! If that isn’t all bad enough the transmission was our biggest concern because they car had a towing package with a break controller in it… Lexus don’t worry it has a warranty still but when ask to have them check it they than tell us about all the fees involved with checking it and we only had the car 3 weeks and again we never test drove it until we drove it off the lot!!! If you’re still reading here is the best part of this whole experience while they had our car checking the transmission they damage the car, never told us about it, and getting them to fix it correctly still hasn’t happen!!! The paint/body work isn’t even close!!! There is more but i think you car already understand our experience and no one wants a car that is promised like new and not get it!!! So again buyer beware!!!
