Let me start out but mentioning that I use to take my Lexus to a convenient nearby Toyota location for its oil changes due to the only Lexus dealership here being fairly far for me. I went to Lexus for a recall on something and was paired with Steve Patton and was highly impressed by his wonderful customer service. Now I don’t even hesitate with making the trip to the Lexus dealership to see Steve for any of my vehicles needs even if I could have those needs satisfied from a nearby dealership. Couldn’t be happier with my service and Lexus has been my favorite maker due to their exceptional customer service and quality vehicles and that’s coming from a BMW guy. Thank you!
