Lexus of Portland

I just bought a pre-owned 2012 Nissan Altima from Kuni Lexus of Portland. The experience of buying a used car from Kuni was outstanding. I was treated fairly and given exceptional service even though I was buying a pre-owned car that was not a Lexus from a Lexus dealership. I was hesitant buying a car sight unseen from out of state but the process was made very easy by the staff at the dealership. I made an internet inquiry and was immediately responded to by Bergen Allee. She was very easy to work with and made the negotiation process smooth. I was about to finalize the deal and drive to the dealership when I found out that Bergen was on vacation for two weeks. Bergen then referred me to her fellow associate Nicole Dubravac. Nicole assured that she would take care of me in Bergen’s absence and she sure did. I felt safe buying the car with a CarFax and AutoCheck report both provided by the dealership. The dealer also did an inspection of the car and replaced the oil and filter, air filter and resurfaced the brake rotors. I felt I paid a fair price considering they even replaced all four tires. Nicole was able to send me documents prior to my arrival so that I didn’t have to spend too much time signing papers on site. The only small issue was that the car was not ready when I arrived. Apparently they noticed that a wheel had a curb scratch and needed more time to fix it. Not only was the wheel fixed looking like new but the rest of the car was cleaned and detailed. Nicole made me comfortable while I waited in the customer lounge which was stocked with beverages and pastries. I would not hesitate referring business to Kuni lexus of Portland.
