My customer service experience from the day I started to work with Tony Lockett was superb. He has a way about him to win the confidence of a customer. I had been in search of an Acura for many years and it was because of Tony that I decide to buy. I was on and off the fence on buying and his commitment to customer service, patience and follow-up keep me from changing my mind and deciding not to buy right. I have worked with others at your Acura dealership and one individual pretty much gave up on me and actually never returned one of my last e-mails as I think he thought I would never buy. I am so happy that I got connected with Tony, he made my buying experience more enjoyable. People are so busy these days and his way of working with me was just what I wanted and needed. I didn't have time to go to the dealership and sit and talk and go back and forth when I knew exactly what I wanted. He continued to correspond with me in such a positive way. I can see why people buy from Tony! Justin and the other individual (Tony will know who helped me) that helped me figure out all the features on my car were also really helful and in my opinion so valuable. It was so cie to get my phonebook from my blackberry synced up to my car before I left the dealership. Keep these guys and Tony around. My only negative about the process is that the financing process is way too long. I spent less time with my mortgage company than I did buying my car and that purchase was way more than my car. I know that buying a car is a big decision and maybe one of the second largest purchases for some, but it still does not need to take that long. It just seemed as if the finance person was moving at a snails pace. I am happy with my purchase and I love the fact that Acura and Tony see me as a customer for life..... I have see that that felt that from the day I left with my car! Thank you!
