Acura is considered luxury and with that it is implied that customers are not given the "bait and switch" tactic or any tactic for that matter. And as far as "aggressive" pricing...the price that was quoted to me was nowhere near aggressive and nowhere near my price that I was told would be met, even with their "new managers." Also, as a customer I would expect that if I make an appointment with one of the employees that that employee is the one that I talk to the moment I walk in the door. This dealership wasted my Saturday morning and I felt like I had walked out of a slimy used car dealership after I left. I hope some more management changes will be made to ensure better customer service.
