Bought a Tundra

Everything went smooth and quickly, sales person Mike B was very personable and knowledgeable. Closing with the finance person, there were costs associated that were never disclosed until signing. I had to ask about the charges and response was the items were already on the vehicle and they couldn’t take them off once installed, even though they were never listed on any paperwork, website or literature other than the signing documents. Beware!
