Approach from sales person was like nothing before - no hassle, not pushy, calm, helpful, detailed, and to the point. Enjoyed that part of the process. The negotiations were fair or at least acceptable for us. The new car so far has everything we were looking for and at a good price. We are still waiting for the dealership to add on the roof rails. We are enjoying the new ride.
