Lithia Toyota of Klamath Falls

I had a great experience purchasing my new car. I really ran Shun around the property. I was originally there to purchase a Jeep Compass or Cherokee, I researched the Jeeps for 3 mnths prior to going to your store. I was caught off gaurd with the cost difference for some of the bells an whistles that I wanted in the Jeep. I saw the RAV4 and decided to test drive it. I also test drove a Jeep Cherokee, a Compass and some Ford SUV's (at a different dearlership). I was very happy with the way the RAV held the road, quick response to steering and piower the sunroof, and the lack of road noise and the fact that it won't lose it's value as quickly as some other vehicles would. Shaun was trooper in keeping up with me running all over th place. And my change of purchase plan. He is fairly new to sales but did a god job. It would have been nice to have been offered something to drink and a quiet place to discuss some things with my husband before sitting down to make a final decision. Had I been given a little extra time I would have probably upgraded options on the RAV4. I love driving the car but it lacks some of the options I had planned on getting in a new car. Also, the paperwork from Oregon to California for registration takes a lot more than 10 business days. I purchased the car on May 12th and still have not received the registration card form the Oregon DMV.
