Our overall experience was good. However, buying a new vehicle can be stressful as we were spending a lot of money. Expressing our uncertainty did not go over well, and the sales person actually rolled their eyes at us. He seemed very frustrated which only made us more unsure. However, in the end we made our purchase and are happy with the vehicle. We realize that the process took a long time but were happy that they were filling up our truck and washing it for us to drive away. We realized it was the end of the day, but it was not washed well at all. It was still dirty. I tried calling twice the next day or two but was never able to get ahold of our sales person to express our disappointment in the wash job.
