Initial purchase was easy.My salesman named JR was great.But I was over charged on tax and license and they have refused to refund the over charge.I have only talked to the owner one time out of the eight times Ive called.He was pleasant and seemed reasonable.The other times I get stuck with a rude old man that seems to be running interference for the owner.He always claims he is there by himself and doesn't know anything about anything.
