Save the bad news till the end.

Actually a good dealer to deal with till the end. Getting ready to leave with out slightly used car that we paid cash for and asked for the second set of ignition keys..."oh, we only have one set and another key will cost $250.00". Too late to back out of the deal.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We appreciate you taking the time to share, it provides insight on how to better train our staff and how we can better serve our customers in the future as well.
It is true that keys can be very expensive with newer vehicles and not every used vehicle has both keys when we purchase it.
Following your review we have made the decision to ensure that every pre-owned vehicles not just our Certified Pre-Owned Vehicles will have two keys when sold. It is clear that in our efforts to keep costs and prices low we sacrificed an otherwise positive car buying experience.
