The folks at Gresham Ford offered patience, consideration, information and guidance during our search for a vehicle to meet our expectations and needs. My wife had entirely different concerns, questions and expectations from me, yet all of Gresham Ford's folks were willing and able to listen, consider answer and resolve all of our inquiries without pressure or that dreaded 'tag team's sales gimmic that has become a hallmark of car buying. From the fellow who prepped our Escape to Beth herself, all whom we had the need or occasion to speak and work with were sincere an eager to help. If there is one consistent characteristic I am most struck by from our car-buying experience it is the genuine, sincere nature of all of these folks.
