Love the Front Desk

onMary, at the front desk, is amazing. She helped us before when we had a battery issue with our EV. She is outstanding at communication and so pleasant to be around. The service I’m a little worried about and I’ll tell you why. EV’s don’t have engine filters. I checked. But I got a text saying I had two services NEEDED for my car and one was an engine filter. Did the technician know it was an EV they were working on? That was a bit disheartening and worrisome. I also didn’t get a new sticker on my windshield indicating my next service date; a small thing I know but it’s a nice reminder when I’m getting close to a service interval.
