Dealership Sales Review
Well I had a very different experience with the staff at kendall. I was in the market for a tacoma and had been calling around for different prices throughout the state. I was wanting to get the best deal I could find and after getting the runaround from almost every dealer, I was surprised to have the salesman at kendall offer me all of the information up front with out commiting to buying a vehicle. He gave me numbers on my trade in and what their selling price for the truck was, which they did not have in stock. when I decided to buy I went with them and I was very pleased with the professionalism they extended to me. I have had friends that bought from the competition in springfield and were very unhappy with their tactics and the "if I could, would ya" crap, and i found it refreshing that Kendall didnt play games with me at all. I ordered the truck and it showed up the next day! they said that they had it driven up from klamath falls. I was not estatic about having a truck with 230 miles on it, but I understand that they need to get it there somehow, so that was O.K. The salesman was very polite and was not what I was expecting out of a car salesman. (My experiences in the past have been less than favorable) I would recommend Kendall toyota to anyone who is in the market for a car, they were great.
