I found the salespeople to be polite, courteous, and willing to tell you anything to make a deal. This seems to be a direct reflection of their management, who are also polite, courteous, and deceiving. I agreed to a 28% - 30% interest rate on the promise that if I come back after a year of making payments on-time they would happily trade me out of the cars and the huge interest rate. One year later, I did my part, they refused do theirs. They wouldn’t even return a phone call. I understand that most dealerships are guilty of misleading customers, it comes with the territory. Brads Chevrolet is no exception to this rule. Just make sure you do your homework before you step foot in this establishment. Don’t believe a word they say and make sure everything works on the car, especially the CD players. Good luck!
