Accurate diagnosis/Prompt resolution of problem

2014 Ram Ecodiesel with an intermittent engine warning light. Quick diagnosis, speedy order of needed part, prompt fix to the problem. Service department was very informative and polite. Obtained the use of a loaner car with no hassles. Competent, speedy, polite and painless!
