A pleasant surprise.

I happened to be at Wilson Motors to make a service appointment and decided to have a look at the used cars available as well. As I did I discovered Sales Consultant Kirk Murphy leaning against a Ford Escape that was exactly what I was hoping to find. A few short hours later the Escape was ours. The purchasing process, which is always something of a bummer with automobiles, went quickly and efficiently and was a pleasant experience. On the way home we discovered a problem with our 'new' Escape, and we will soon discover how well Wilson Motors handles the issue.
