Ford recalled my Ram 3500. The issue involved the drag link. Evidently there was a potential for failure while operating. I took my pickup in and the drag link was welded solid. A replacement part was not out and no other option was available. Fast forward to this service the front end of Ram needed alignment. I took Ram to shop, not Wilson Motors and was told because of Ford fix to recall they can’t align front end. I talked with the greatest Service Department representative ever who works at Wilson Motors Service Department, Jeff Heilman. Jeff told me he would do some checking around for options and get back to. About a week or so later Jeff called me and said he was able to get replacement part for the “temporary fixed drag link” and the extended warranty I had purchased on Ram would cover all but $100.00. We set date, drag link fixed and all I had to do was pay $100.00. Time after time Wilson Motors and Jeff take customer service to a new level. I live 1.5 hours one way from Wilson Motors and I could take my pickup someplace closer and get the work done, but why? Wilson Motors and Jeff do it right. The do a great job at reasonable price and did I mention they do great work. Since 2013, I have taken my pickup to Wilson Motors for all service and work. I bought a 2nd vehicle from Wilson Motors because of their Service Department and sales staff. If I buy another vehicle it will be from Wilson Motors.
