Service Dept. First Impression

onI brought my new Escape in to Wilson Ford in Corvallis, where I purchased it, for its first oil change and inspection with a 10:00 appointment. At 10:40, I went outside and walked around the service building and saw my car parked. I asked the service dept. why and they said they were behind schedule, but they should get to it soon. Not a good first impression of Wilson’s Service Dept. I may consider taking it to the Albany dealership next time.
