onI recieved a Customer Satisfaction Notice #15B04 for my 2013 C-mas, so I called Tower Ford to schedule the changes. Tower Ford Service rep identified other changes that were needed, ordered parts and scheduled the work when the parts were received. The work was done on time as promised. I was completely satisfied with the service and the helpfulness of the staff. Well done all!
