I thought I had possibly a problem with my transmission and after talking with Bill explain to me that it was probably my spark plugs and that it could possibly be a coil to one of the plugs anyways it's all they check out the plugs first and see if that would solve the issue and sure enough it did truck is running like a job now so my opinion of Bill who's the service manager and the team of mechanics working for you guys have made me very happy and I want to thank you
